Welcome to the Workshop 2012 Conference Schedule. This is where you can learn about all of the presentations and learning opportunities at Workshop. You can create your schedule by selecting the sessions you are interested in participating in. Your selection is not a reservation for that session, but rather, a simply way for you to create and view the sessions you hope to attend.
Learn the steps which need to be taken to effectively respond to and defend grievances filed by labor unions, understand the contract language that can be beneficial or harmful to the board, and explore special grievance arbitration issues. Session participants will be led through the grievance process from the constitutional and statutory requirements through to the appeal process.
