Welcome to the Workshop 2012 Conference Schedule. This is where you can learn about all of the presentations and learning opportunities at Workshop. You can create your schedule by selecting the sessions you are interested in participating in. Your selection is not a reservation for that session, but rather, a simply way for you to create and view the sessions you hope to attend.
While a new pilot program is underway to reform teacher evaluations statewide, districts still have to move forward with a manageable process. Participants will learn to develop and implement personnel evaluation processes designed to measure and improve performance and establish realistic goals, yet provide a solid basis to support more serious management actions should they be necessary.
